Four plenary sessions are devised to provide learning experiences from participating countries and companies over the two days. On the agenda are issues about access to finance and resources to transition to zero carbon industries, building green infrastructure including energy for regional consumption and export to generate foreign currency and build new capacity. Developing sustainable low carbon solution models to share with SMEs and protect the environment across AfCFTA states. Other topics include community development, green urban planning and development, the role of African banks in building low carbon infrastructure, regional and global cooperation to increase collaboration and trade inside countries forming Africa’s four Regional Economic Communities (RECs)

SUSTAINABILITY WORKSHOP
Corporations and Governments in AfCFTA major economies discuss how to use their resources, expertise, and technology to exploit the US$100 billion green finance pledged by the UN to developing nations, to increase and strengthen connections, business partnerships, and value chains across the 54 AfCFTA economies. Corporate Africa the host, is also promoting a Business Register of stable companies in the AfCFTA Union seeking to do business with other companies across the Union and G20 nations: A quality Print and Online Publications with leader contributions from the AfCFTA Secretariat, United Nations COP26, and Afreximbank will promote the content, brands and images of sponsors and delegates taking part in the event.
